Frank’s favorite quote: “Whether you think you can,
or you think you can’t, you are right.” |
Frank, the managing
Broker/owner for RuraLands, a native of the state of Washington, has
been in the agricultural and real estate business ever since college.
He has been in the real estate sales business since 1982 when he got
licensed to sell the family ranch, which he did in short order, and has
operated his own Brokerage for over 20 years. Frank's tremendous energy
has made it possible for him to run his real estate business in
conjunction with his other love-agriculture. He has farmed and ranched
in eastern Washington, Idaho, and Wyoming, outfitted and owned a Guest
ranch at Half Moon Lake in Wyoming, and he has often helped develop
ranch operations for real estate clients. A strong part of his real
estate business is the development of rural acreage subdivisions, and
he is very familiar and skilled in this process. His college education
in agriculture is from Washington State University. Currently, Frank
operates a small ranching operation in Pavillion, Wyoming, raising
commercial and pure-bred Hereford cattle. He has a love of skiing,
animals, the land, the outdoors, and Wonderful Wyoming!
